The series 430 hose reel, with or without hose, can be purchased in different configurations to handle many different fluids; among the most common: air, water, antifreeze, oil, grease and windshield washer fluid.

1. Spring: a high-quality spring provides a constant torque on winding; tested to resist 20,000 cycles, corresponding to a lifetime of 10-15 years. A protective layer of grease preserves the spring from corrosion;
2. Double arms frame: robust and reliable in any application;
3. Bushings: made of Tenaxid, a self-lubricating material with a coefficient of friction lower than brass;
4. Epoxy powder coating: the coating on the painted steel versions has a minimum thickness of 80 microns, suitable to resist up to 250 hours of salt spray test;
5. Rack side cover: an additional polypropylene cover protects from possible injuries the workers operating near the reel;
6. ATEX certification: all the reels are ATEX certified, suitable to be installed even in a potentially explosive environment;
7. Rack and pawl made of PA6 (Polyamide 6): PA6 is robust, has excellent resistance to abrasion, good chemical and fatigue resistance, smoothness, resilience, solidity and high rigidity. In addition, it offers reduced noise compared to the metal version, and avoids sparks;
8. Inlet hose (or jumper hose): a 2 feet inlet hose is included as a standard for the hose reels combinations with factory installed hose;
9. Central roller guide: it allows the hoses to rewind in the spool without stacking on one side;
10. Hose Stops: always included in the package, even for hose reels sold without hose;
11. Swiveling connections with NPSM female thread: mounted on the reel inlet and outlet, they allow to easily install the hose or to replace the old one;
12. Easy hose install: with special screws to release the spring package, one operator can install and wind hoses with little effort (Instructions and video available on www.raasmusa.com);
13. Install holes: specially shaped holes on the mounting base of the reel (slot + circle) allow for easier wall mounting of the reel by one person;
14. Packaging: made of heavy carton with special recyclable protection set on every side of the carton to avoid damages during transportation;
